ABOUT US
Founded in 2012, we are a grassroots building company based in Kingscliff.
Owner Shaun has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry resulting in a rich portfolio of trade qualifications and extensive experience in all aspects of carpentry and joinery, as well as residential building in both QLD and NSW.

SERVICES
At NewLine Creations, we specialise in the construction of luxury homes and developments. We also excel in hardscape work for parks and new estates.
Our focus this year has been on providing building services for Flood Insurance and Make Safe Work, as well as installing Australian Kit Homes.
Currently, we are honoured to be designing and curating a simple collection of modular homes. Providing practical and affordable housing solutions to cater for individual needs, and help fill the gap in current housing availability is at the heart of this endeavour.
